Data Manipulation
April 15-
Once the data has shape-files and point features have been created and joined the appropriate data joined from excel or the arc-gis database online, the data should be converted to a raster so a fill, flow direction and a flow accumulation analysis can be done to the fatalities recorded for the respective days shown below. Only this feasibly executable step should be followed until there are more available data is released by the WHO, CDC, and business insiders for mapable statistics. If the data cannot be joined because it was made with a different purpose in mind create separate maps for both excel data.
April 21-
for instance, the data below cannot (Fig2&3) be used not only because of the false positives as suggested by the CDC mortality surveillance reports but it lacks an identity, longitudes and latitudes, where the dead people that fit this criteria are situated geographically; which makes it hard to manipulate the data for mapping purposes
