Data Collection

Multiple excel files were collected for analysis. Based on relevance not all the excel files were used in the creation of the maps mostly because of a lack of compatibility. Compatibility in the sense that  for each day the data does not consistently reflect the same criteria such as death by county or zip codes. While the zip codes are available for instance in the USA, the zip codes are not available for other countries. there however is a source for the death by gender so there is a correlation but the excel file is not available publicly available detailing the specific coordinates of both genders which makes it difficult to map.

                       Fig 1.

Data from CDC and the WHO details as of today that states that there are at least 55000 deaths as of today in the USA and 24,114 deaths in Italy, and 4,632 in china. Sources from the CDC states that the data detailing is above correlation between men and women regarding the death rate for instance is still being monitored due to the advent of false positives. This has made it difficult as a result to use the death rate regression model used to calculate the decline of the deaths or increase of the deaths per day to do an interpolation on that basis as a result.
